Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is designed to inform users about our practices regarding the collection, utilization, and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our mobile application "Nut Sort Logic - Color Puzzle" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). By choosing to use the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. The Personal Information we collect is solely used to provide, maintain, and enhance the Service. We will not use or share your information with any third party except as explicitly stated in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same definitions as those in our Terms of Service, unless otherwise specified herein.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information to support the normal operation and optimization of the Service, with all data collection activities complying with relevant laws and regulations:

         Account Registration Information: When you log in to the Service for the first time using a third-party account (such as Google Account), we will obtain basic information associated with that account, including your registered email address, display name, and profile picture. This information is used solely to verify your identity, create your app account, and associate your in-app progress.

         Advertising Identifier (AAID/GAID): We collect your device's Advertising Identifier (Android Advertising ID for Android devices, or Identifier for Advertisers for iOS devices, collectively referred to as "AAID/GAID"). This identifier is used to collaborate with third-party ad service providers to implement anti-fraud measures, optimize ad delivery accuracy, and ensure that the ads displayed in the app are relevant to your interests (without collecting any personally identifiable information tied to the identifier).

         Network and Device-Related Information:

  1.                   Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, which helps us identify the general geographic region of the network you use (without pinpointing your specific physical location) and prevent abnormal network access.
  2.                   Basic device information, including the device model, operating system version, system language, screen resolution and display settings, device time zone, and timestamp of app launch. This data is used to adapt the Service to different device configurations and ensure stable operation across various systems.

         In-App Log Information: We automatically collect log data generated during your use of the Service, such as records of in-app operations (e.g., puzzle completion progress, level unlocking status), app crash reports, and error codes. This information enables us to monitor the Service's running status, quickly locate and fix technical bugs, and continuously optimize the user experience (e.g., adjusting the difficulty of puzzle levels based on user operation data).

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is strictly used for the following purposes, and we will never use it for unstated or unrelated purposes without your prior consent:

         Providing and Maintaining the Service: We use your account information (e.g., email address) to confirm your identity, track your in-app progress (such as completed puzzle levels) and reward records (if applicable, e.g., in-app virtual rewards for level clearance). If the Service includes payout-related functions (e.g., redeeming virtual rewards for actual benefits), we will use your linked payment account information to ensure that rewards are accurately sent to you. Additionally, we use your AAID/GAID indirectly (as required by third-party ad providers) to display ads and push in-app tasks (e.g., ad-watching tasks for virtual rewards) that match your usage habits.

         Communicating Important Updates: We may use the email address associated with your account to contact you in specific scenarios, such as when you submit a request to delete your data (to confirm the request details) or when there are major changes to this Privacy Policy or the Service's Terms of Service (to notify you of the updates in a timely manner).

         Providing Customer Support: When you encounter issues while using the Service (e.g., app crashes, problems with reward redemption) and contact our customer support team, we will use your email address to respond to your inquiries, follow up on the progress of problem resolution, and collect necessary information (such as error screenshots you provide) to investigate and fix bugs or other technical issues.

3. How We Disclose Your Information

We attach great importance to the security of your Personal Information and will not disclose it to any third party except in the following legally compliant or necessary circumstances:

         Disclosure to Third-Party Ad Providers: As mentioned earlier, your AAID/GAID may be shared with third-party ad providers. This disclosure is solely to enable the providers to display appropriate ads in the app and track the effectiveness of ad delivery (without involving any personally identifiable information like your name or email).

         Disclosure in Corporate Restructuring Scenarios: In the event of a corporate merger, acquisition, asset sale, or bankruptcy liquidation, your Personal Information may be disclosed to the relevant successor entity as part of the company's assets. However, we will require the successor entity to comply with this Privacy Policy and continue to protect your information in accordance with the same security standards.

         Disclosure as Required by Law: We may disclose your information if required by law, administrative order, or judicial decision (e.g., responding to a subpoena from a law enforcement agency). In such cases, we will only disclose the minimum amount of information necessary to comply with the legal requirement.

4. How We Protect Your Information

We adopt a combination of technical and administrative measures to protect the security of your Personal Information and prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure:

         Data Encryption: All Personal Information transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol, ensuring that the data cannot be intercepted or tampered with during transmission. Additionally, we encrypt the Personal Information stored on our servers (i.e., "data at rest") to further enhance security.

         Access Control: We implement strict technical and administrative access controls to limit access to your non-public Personal Information (e.g., email address, payment account information) to only those employees, contractors, or third-party service providers who need the information to perform their job responsibilities. These individuals are required to sign confidentiality agreements and will be held accountable for any unauthorized disclosure of information.

       Regular Security Audits: We regularly conduct security audits and vulnerability scans of our servers, databases, and the Service itself to identify and fix potential security risks in a timely manner. However, please note that no method of data transmission or storage over the Internet is 100% secure. We will make every commercially reasonable effort to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention Period

We retain your Personal Information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. Specific retention rules are as follows:

         General Retention Rule: Once we determine that your Personal Information is no longer needed for providing the Service (e.g., you have not used the app for a long time and your account is inactive) or complying with legal obligations, we will delete or anonymize the information.

         Retention After Data Deletion Request: If you submit a request to delete your account and related data and the request is approved, most of your Personal Information (such as your name, email address, and profile picture) will be deleted immediately and will no longer be accessible. However, in order to prevent fraud (e.g., avoiding duplicate claims of new user rewards, as specified in our Terms of Service), we may retain certain non-identifiable information (such as your payment account number or device identifier) for a reasonable period (usually no more than 6 months) until we confirm that the information is no longer needed for anti-fraud purposes.

         Retention of Anonymized Data: After deleting your Personal Information, we may retain anonymized and aggregated data (e.g., statistical data on user puzzle completion rates, device model distribution) for the purpose of optimizing the Service. This anonymized data cannot be used to identify any individual user.

6. How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and all related Personal Information, you can choose one of the following methods to submit a deletion request:

         In-App Request: Open the "Nut Sort Logic - Color Puzzle" app, navigate to the "Settings" or "Feedback" page, find the "Account Deletion" or "Data Deletion" option, and follow the on-screen prompts to submit your request.

         Email Request: Send an email to our support team at jtkk2024@163.com, stating your request to delete your account and related data, and providing the email address or account ID associated with your app account (to verify your identity). We will review your request within 7 business days and notify you of the processing result via email. Once your request is approved, your data will be deleted in accordance with the "Data Retention Period" rules outlined above.

7. Log Data

We want to inform you that when you use the Service, if an error or crash occurs in the app, we will collect certain data and information (through integrated third-party tools) from your device, which we refer to as "Log Data". This Log Data may include:

         Your device's IP address;

         Your device name and operating system version;

         The configuration parameters of the app when the error occurred (e.g., the puzzle level you were playing, the app version number);

         The time and date when the error occurred;

         Other statistical data related to the error (e.g., error codes, frequency of the error).

The collection of Log Data is solely for the purpose of diagnosing the cause of app errors, fixing technical bugs, and improving the stability of the Service. This data does not contain any personally identifiable information and will not be used for other purposes.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

         Cookies: Cookies are small text files containing a small amount of data, usually used as anonymous unique identifiers. They are sent by the websites or apps you use and stored on your device's internal memory. Our Service does not explicitly use Cookies to collect information. However, the third-party SDKs (such as ad SDKs) or libraries integrated in the app may use Cookies to collect data for optimizing their services (e.g., tracking ad views). You can adjust your device or browser settings to accept or refuse Cookies. Please note that if you choose to refuse Cookies, some functions of the Service (especially ad-related functions) may not work properly.

         Contact List Upload (with User Approval): For the purpose of fraud detection (e.g., preventing multiple accounts from being registered using the same device or network) and contact synchronization (if the Service includes a feature to invite friends via contacts), we may request access to your device's contact list. Only after you explicitly grant permission will we upload the contact list to our servers. We will not use the contact list for any purpose other than fraud detection or contact synchronization, and will delete the contact list immediately once the relevant purpose is achieved.

9. Third-Party Service Providers

To ensure the smooth operation and continuous optimization of the Service, we may engage third-party companies or individuals to perform specific tasks on our behalf. These third-party service providers may have access to your Personal Information only to the extent necessary to complete the tasks assigned to them. We strictly require these third parties to comply with the following obligations:

         Use your Personal Information only for the specific purposes authorized by us;

         Implement appropriate security measures to protect your information;

         Not disclose or transfer your information to any other third party without our prior written consent;

         Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding data protection.

Currently, the main third-party service providers we cooperate with include:

         Ad Service Providers: Which provide video ad display and ad anti-fraud services. For more information about their privacy policies, please refer to their official websites.

         Crash Reporting Tools: Third-party tools used to collect and analyze app crash data (e.g., Log Data), helping us fix bugs. These tools do not collect any personally identifiable information.
